
Jalal Ali Ebrahim is an experienced businessman having worked for the last sixteen years in the sales management of international brands of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), where the individual performance of salespeople is always a major and critical success factor. Jalal has always met his targets by investing time and effort in realizing the full potential of his sales team. This became his passion and area of expertise, and led to him switching to Human Resource Development in 1994 when he became the HR manager for a public Bahraini company, one of the top 10 market leaders in the country.
Since 2000 Jalal has worked as an independent HR Consultant specialising in improving the performance of a number of businesses in different sectors. He has helped a number of leading Bahraini and Saudi FMCG distributors to gain additional market advantage through upgrading the skills, knowledge and attitude of their sales teams, as well as working in the general HR field to enable companies to develop appropriate HR systems and procedures to reflect performance improvement. He has undertaken training in a number of key areas including Train the Trainer, sales and marketing, emotional intelligence, job evaluation, pay and reward, psychometric assessments, project management, and co-active coaching.
