PROFILE

Angela has nearly twenty years experience as an HRM/HRD Consultant in the UK, the Middle East and South East Asia. She specialises in Executive learning and development and works extensively as an Executive Coach. Angela has worked with clients in both large corporate organisations as well as SME's, and also has experience of the public and not-for-profit sector. Her early career was in personnel and training management, followed by appointments in higher education in the UK, teaching and researching in human resource management and development.

In her consultancy role she has worked on strategic HR issues, the development of performance management systems (including competency frameworks and quality improvements through people development). Angela has undertaken a range of projects internationally on senior management development, Train the Trainer, graduate recruitment, and Investors in People.

Angela has been a regular contributor to RBI’s XpertHelp, an on-line advisory service for HR professionals, and has published numerous articles on HR issues, including co-authoring a book of HRM case studies.

She is a Member of the Association for Coaching, and the International Coach Federation, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, for whom she works as both a National Examiner in Performance Management, and an External Verifier for some of the CIPD approved centres in the Gulf. She is also an approved Investors in People Advisor and Assessor.
